JAY Z’s television and film deal is starting to pay off.

In 2016 the mogul signed a multi-year television and film deal with film studio The Weinstein Company, with the aim of generating movies as well as both scripted and unscripted (read: reality programming) television shows. With the first product of the new deal — a six-part docu-series for Spike TV on the life of Kalief Browder, TIME — debuting March 1st, Jay and Weinstein have announced their next venture.

The two are now in the process of producing the film adaptation of Lin- Manuel Miranda’s Broadway play In The Heights. A Tony and Grammy Award winning musical, Heights revolves around various characters in the Dominican-American neighborhood of Washington Heights in New York City. It first hit Broadway back in 2008.

Since announcing his deal with The Weinstein Company, JAY Z has also revealed two other projects: one for NBC about former Special Operations Direct Action Sniper in the 3rd Ranger Battalion for the U.S. Military Nicholas Irving (the first African American to serve in that position), the long-in-the works biopic on Richard Pryor, Is It Something I Said?
